First, I want to say that this is not a rocket we are building or a computer that is supposed to save us from ourselves. It is a pair of headphones and it doesn't need any special features. It only needs to carry sound and do it well, and reflect the price it is doing it for.
And looking nice is a plus, too.
I also need to take my headphones out of the house. It would be nice to be able to say that expensive babies are durable but, in reality, they normally aren't. and, honestly, I don't want things i can't play rough in. So, if that isn't you, then this should be helpful right away because you know you are not listening through a piece of household artistry.
I have a pair of these in this color and a pair or the red ones as well, and both have been great for their price. I HAVe heard better, sure, but they have been a lot more than these babies. Triple, to be precise, and they did not give me that good-to-the-last drop feeling.
These are also durable for me - I have a thing about big headphones and dropping them; they are not always easy to keep on when you like to do things that oftentimes require a hat. Accordingly, I have seen the headphones go through a lot of "nooo" moments and live, and only get a little mark on them when another brand would have popped apart. I have seen some opinions that were not of this caliber but I think they do their job well. I go out and I walk in the sun, hunt for things in a lot of farmland and some nursery (tree) areas, and in the conrete exotica as well. So, they take a lot of different falls and endure a lot of dffereing elements.
And the sound quality - it is nice stuff. I use an I-Pod with them quite a bit (I have a third generation I-Pod classic and think people should include what they use as well as the headphones that are plugged in) and do not auto-stream the wsound quality. This means that some tracks are better than others, and I can tell it. With low quality headphones I don't have this difference, and these give me the option. so, it is a nice thing.
If the audio is good on something, this picks up all the workings I want pointed out. The little sampling sounds, the tweeks and the whistles; everything is there with no maladies in sight.
Basically, if you want a good pair of headphones and eye the cost, then get these. You WILL like 'em; like em more than you thought you would. I know a lot of people are critical of these types of items, too, but I am just a person that wears headpones and wears them a lot and I can say that these work.

These are great headphones with great sound quality and pretty good construction and good design. plus they came with a bandanna a sticker a stencil a bag and a cool system to shorten the length of the cord(which i really like). the only thing that i disliked about them was that fact that they can make my ears hurt after a while of use, but then if i reposition them, they feel better and it takes a while before they hurt again. Unlike what some other people say, the design looks and feels solid and not prone to breaking. i gave it 4 instead of 5 stars only because of the comfort issue, but these are still great headphones for the money. -- great headphones
We purchased these for our 12 year old son. He absolutely LOVES them! He picked them out via Amazon and said that he had to have them. The sound quality is awesome and the artwork is hot.
He looks cool, feels cool and the sounds are all cool when he's wearing them. Good job! -- Great cans!
