This is a beautiful book cover. Very nice quality leather and the colour is beautiful (exactly like the image). I also bought the flexible light that fits in the side.
The closure strap flips around to the back to slide into the cover to allow it to stand up. The strap is stiff enough to make this a very sturdy way to stand up the Kindle. -- Gorgeous book cover
My only other Kindle case is purple leather, opens like a book. This one opens over the top of the Kindle - the tab that keeps it closed can also keep it open like an easel for hands-free reading. The light that I have for night reading works better with this new cover - the old cover wouldn't close shut with my light in place. I received my M-Edge Platform case and I am loving it! The color is just as depicted, despite other reviews. Also I did not find it bulky at all. It has just an extra rim on three sides so that if you drop it the Kindle itself won't hit. On the left side there is room for the light and just as another review stated it is nice to have that room so I can hold onto the case and I use the left button to turn pages. I think this case is the perfect medium. It has the protection you'd want without it being exceptionally bulky. The strap is a little tough to put in, nothing major, I'm sure as the leather gets more pliable it will improve. It was defintely a great purchase. -- Loving It!
