It is a beautiful case, my Kindle is very safe, however the belt should improve as uncomfortable reading and you have to hook it back. also smells a bit sui generis. Anyway, it is very beautiful and elegant -- Beautiful case
I ordered this cover as a gift to go with a graphite kindle dx and it arrived in excellent condition and right on time (shipping was all around A++)
It looks great and effectivly protects the DX from minor to moderate scratching and damage (naturally, as a leather case) and has a lovely suade interior that is nicely soft to the touch. (appearence all around A++)
Funtionally, it suffers from the fact that the cover has limited 90 degree mobility and it gets annoying having to deal with it while your trying to read in bed or laying down. it works best sitting on a table or flat surface of some kind. plus, the leather tab that holds the cover closed has a tendency to get in the way when not in use, and is long enough to block a small portion of the screen if not tucked behind the corner (which is not extremely secure since the tab itself also has limited mobility.)(Functionally I give it a C+)
Plus, i don't know if i just didn't read the description right to what, but in all of the pictures is shows the cover as coming with a small compact light, but this is not the case. I don't fault them for it, i have been known to miss things like this lol, but i wish there was a little more warning on the page; so that people like me would notice the fact that the lights are not included. (I would have bought it anyway though lol)

After destroying my DX thanks to the Amazon cover (they were great about a refund on the cover and replacement of the Kindle) I purchased this brand. It is far more attractive, cannot crack the Kindle and is functional.
A few negatives:
--Folding it back 360 degrees is hard
--The upper corner elastic straps seem weak*
--The belt to keep the cover closed is poorly designed--using magnets, as the Amazon case did, would have been better
*I detach the Kindle from the case to reduce its weight when I read in bed and I assume they may fail being stretched so frequently to remove and reinstall the Kindle -- Functional and Attractive
I found this cover to be more than advertised. I like its appearance, functionality, portability and ease of use. -- Outstanding addition to my Kindle DX
This leather Kindle jacket is cheaper than the one recommended by the website but is every bit as good. It is made of very nice brown leather and fits perfectly the Kindle DX (Latest Generation). After reading reviews of the other jackets, I expected the insertion of the Kindle into this jacket to be a problem. However, there was absolutely no problem and the Kindle is securely cradled giving the Kindle a professional look and added protection. The leather strap fits perfectly into a leather slot when it is closed. There were no flaws in the leather or design that I can see. Given the price of the Kindle DX, this makes a worthwhile purchase. -- The best leather Kindle jacket
