The Kindle DX fits perfectly and the leather quality is excellent, the best I've seen so far in this kind of product. It's more expensive than the others but it's also a step higher in terms of built quality and feel. It's a joy to use.
On the other side, if you're planning on going backpacking or to the beach I'd strongly recommend to buy another one, something that will protect and also isolate your Kindle from the elements, like the Patagonia (which is also the best in it's own type). -- A joy to use
